Sugar Lake is an award-winning venue operated by a team of women who know how to make your dream a reality. They are all-inclusive with every service you could possibly need for your perfect day. For your wedding, you will have over 135 acres right in the heart of nature. From those simple Bohemian gatherings to the maximalist witchy weddings, they have just the thing for your celebration! 

Details of the Grounds

Sugar Lake has both indoor and outdoor locations you can use throughout your wedding day. Your morning will start with the Downstairs Suite, where you will have space to get ready before taking pics in the solarium. Meanwhile, your partner can head to the Upstairs Quarters, which has a cigar lounge and a private balcony. 

There are several wedding sites you can choose from for your ceremony. The Lakeside gives you a grand oak as your background, while the Enchanted Forest takes you out into the woods. Indoors, there is the Fireside, where you will get married in front of the brick fireplace. 

The venue has a cocktail area near Sugar House where your guests can sip on drinks while playing lawn games, which is included with your venue package. Then, it will be time for your reception. You can use the east wing of the Lodge for a seated indoor area, or you can move behind the Lodge for an outdoor dinner. With this space, you can dance for hours as night falls across the woods! The venue is able to accommodate up to 150 guests. 

Photography Opportunities

The Sugar Lake Lodge wedding venue offers several dreamy spots for your wedding portraits. I love using the solarium for individual portraits with the windowed woods just behind you. A deck set out on the beautiful peaceful lake. And, of course, the woods are downright magical once it’s time to take pictures together! 

Wedding Details

Not only is Sugar Lake Lodge a total dream, but they also offer accommodations to take your wedding day over the top. You will have three different planning sessions with their coordinators to iron out all the details. Their Diamond Package includes 12 hours of access, all the vendors (including catering!), tables, chairs, and booze. They also have on-site cabins you can rent out throughout your wedding weekend, where you can host up to 40 guests.
