About The Meadow Ridge Events Wedding Venue

Family-owned Meadow Ridge Events has been hosting beautiful and memorable events for nearly 50 years, sharing their spectacular 80-acre property with wonderful families and couples. Now in its second generation of operators, they take pride in the relationships they build with their guests, delivering quality hospitality and superior service so you can have the wedding day of your dreams! 

Details of the Grounds

Meadow Ridge Events has a variety of options for hosting romantic weddings. There are two separate areas on the property, each with a designated ceremony site and reception space. 

On the first half of the property, you can say “I do” in a gorgeous outdoor ceremony at the Creekside Gazebo, surrounded by towering trees and a beautiful wooden arbor. Your guests can watch you exchange vows from chairs set up on a grassy expanse overlooking the woods. A wooden bridge and two waterfalls add an extra special natural touch. While it’s an ideal space in warmer months, the foliage turns bright colors in fall for a gorgeous autumn aesthetic. 

Then, you and your guests can retreat to the Oak Pavilion, an open-air structure with soaring 25-foot ceilings and rustic chandeliers. The barn-like structure features a brick patio with a built-in fire pit, a 100-foot-long waterfall, and sides that can be installed in spring and fall months for a little additional protection from cool and wet weather. It’s a beautiful space to accommodate guest lists of up to 300 people. 

Meadow Ridge Events Wedding Island

The second event area on the property offers access to Wedding Island, the perfect romantic spot for your ceremony. It offers panoramic lake views, seasonal landscaping, and a babbling brook that creates a beautiful, natural environment for a vow exchange. Across a grassy lawn is the Maple Pavilion, an open-air structure with soaring 25-foot ceilings and plenty of romantic lighting. The structure features Douglas Fir timber posts and beams, a gorgeous double-sided wood-burning fireplace, a vintage mahogany bar, as well as rich stained concrete floors. Perks of getting married at the Oak Pavilion include a dedicated Event Manager to coordinate the set-up and tear-down of your event, use of the Barn Bridal Suite for the bridal party, tables, chairs, linens, and more. The Maple Pavilion accommodates up to 225 guests.

Photography Opportunities

Meadow Ridge Events has so many beautiful outdoor spots for gorgeous pictures that incorporate natural elements. From tall trees to the beautiful lake and creeks, there’s a picture-perfect backdrop everywhere you look on the property. Gorgeous gardens, waterfalls, wooden bridges, and other features are perfect for pictures that look like something out of a storybook. The venue’s beautiful barn-like features make for gorgeous rustic portraits, too. 

Wedding Details

Meadow Ridge provides all catering in-house, so you have one less thing to worry about! Their onsite grill chefs prepared a variety of menus from which you can choose. Additionally, all of their catering packages include buffet service, flatware, and linens. But don’t worry if there’s something you want that isn’t on any of their menus. The chefs also will work with you to create a custom package! When it comes to drinks, you can provide your own alcohol. All you have to do is use their preferred bartending company to ensure everything is professionally and properly handled!
